Caring for minds building brighter tomorrow since 2009

Caravan of Life Pakistan Trust was founded by Shaheen S. Ahmed and Khusro Karamat Elley as the realization of a deeply personal journey and a shared vision for mental health recovery, dignity, and hope. Through transformative initiatives including The Recovery House, and Bawaqar Zindagi, we are creating pathways toward healing, independence, inclusion, and flourishing. From psychiatric rehabilitation and life-skills development to family support and community outreach, our mission is to empower individuals to rediscover purpose, confidence, and connection — building healthier lives and stronger communities.

Anti Stigma Campaign

The mission of End the Silence / Hum Bolenge is to address stigma with two of the most important players in our society: clients and their families.

The goal of the Anti-Stigma Campaign is to reduce the stigma associated with mental health conditions, promote understanding and acceptance, and encourage open dialogue about mental health issues in the community.
