Veronica Carey is Associate Director of the Saturday Scholars Program, Behavioral Health Counseling Department, Drexel University. Dr. Carey has over 20 years of experience in behavioral health program planning and management, continuing education training, and policy development. She is a member of the United Stated Psychiatric Rehabilitation Certification Commission, the International Committee for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Inclusion, and is a consultant to Pennsylvania’s Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
Barbara Granger
PhD, CPRP, LLC, Granger Consulting Services, USA.
Dr Granger received her doctorate from Bryn Mawr College, for her dissertation titled“Process and Participation in Needs Assessment: Approaches to Defining the Housing Needs of People with Physical Disabilities”. Her key areas of expertise include trainings to promote collaborative relationships within and between organizations to promote recovery, and on integrations of peer support services into behavioral health services, including promotion of strong co-worker and supervisory relationships.
Michele Blankenberg
Thresholds, USA
Michele is a dependable, goal-oriented professional with extensive experience in behavioral health management, quality improvement, program conversions, addictions counseling and financial development. She implemented and maintained Thresholds’ only Illinois Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse-certified Substance Abuse and Mental Illness (SAMI) program, developed and implemented a Center for Recovery (CFR) for Spanish-speaking persons with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SMI), and co-wrote a proposal to the United Way for an expansion of Bilingual services to Cicero and Berwyn communities.
Catherine Batscha
DNP, RN Associate Professor
Catherine Batscha is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has worked extensively with people with serious mental illness. She is trained in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT for psychosis and motivational interviewing. Recent projects have focused on using CBT to enhance medication adherence, using CBT to decrease depressive symptoms in caregivers and detection of metabolic syndrome in people receiving antipsychotics and in persons experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
Anthony M. Zipple, ScD., MBA
President and CEO, Centerstone Kentucky
Dr. Zipple is President and CEO of Centerstone Kentucky (formerly Seven Counties Services), based in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Zipple is also a Professor at Eastern Kentucky University and co-teaches courses in Psychiatric Rehabilitation ever offered at a Kentucky university.

 He has almost 40 years of experience as a clinical manager, public administrator, consultant, teacher, researcher, and executive in the field of behavioral health.
Scott Graham
Scott Graham, MBA, CBHE has a long history of involvement in social causes. In 1977 he became Executive Director of Boley Manor, at that time a psychiatric halfway house, in St. Petersburg, Florida. He expanded the operations of Boley to provide a complete array of community supports for people with psychiatric disabilities. In 1983 Mr. Graham was named Chief Executive Officer of ReVisions, Inc. in Catonsville, Maryland. Mr. Graham was the founding CEO of the organization and built the organization from a starting budget of $50,000 to revenues over $9 million a year. Graham has been affiliated with PowderHorn Consulting since 2013, helping organizations become CARF accredited. Mr. Graham has authored numerous articles and book chapters ranging in content from vocational rehabilitation services for people with psychiatric disabilities to marketing in a non-profit setting. He has presented at dozens of conferences on a wide variety of themes. He is a co-author of a recently released management book, The No Money Manager and the author of Principled Leadership: A Training Guide. Mr. Graham has served as President of the International Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, now known as the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. He has served as a CARF surveyor for over 17 years. Graham has an MA in counseling psychology and an MBA.
